Abstract

To ensure the effective integration and multi-party collaboration of complex equipment configuration management, it is necessary to propose modeling architecture and design method based on domain system (DS) to achieve orderly management of configuration management business and data. By introducing pattern-based system engineering ( PBSE) framework, the basic architecture of complex equipment configuration management is constructed, and the modeling methods of DS metamodel, DS model, and DS pattern are designed. The Department of Defense Architecture framework metamodel (DM2) is specialized and reorganized to be DS metamodel that is mapped to be DS model based on domain metadata, and DS pattern is organized orderly that is suitable for specific equipment configuration management. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the X bill of material (XBOM) of carrier rocket structure system is taken as the case object to carry out the method application. The results show that the proposed method provides a modeling consistent and traceable implementation scheme for its configuration management, and provides a guiding idea for the configuration model of complex equipment configuration management.
