Abstract
In order to improve the safety and reliability of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle), this paper presents a fault diagnosis method of UAV flight control system. On the basis of self-developed flight control computer, the component composition and function division of UAV flight control system are summarized and analyzed. Through the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), the fault propagation structure of UAV flight control system is presented. Based on time fault propagation graph (TFPG), the fault diagnosis flow of flight control system is studied. The fault diagnosis software of UAV flight control system is developed independently, and a typical case of flight control system is simulated to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
