行星传动均载及动载系数定义改进与分析

摘要

In view of the problems that there exists difference in the definitions of load sharing factor and dynamic load factor in planetary transmission, and the definitions are inconsistent with the ISO standard, the characteristics of the planetary transmission system are analyzed, and more accurate definitions are given. The new definitions correct the misunderstanding about the definition of static load in instantaneous dynamic load factor in existing literature. They also correct the definition of load sharing factor because it ignores gear vibration, and correct the definition of dynamic load factor because it includes other parameters besides gear vibration. Moreover, a dynamic equation of translation-torsion coupling of planetary transmission system is established and the equation takes time-varying meshing stiffness, gyroscopic effect and integrated error into account. The improved load sharing factor and instantaneous dynamic load factor of the system are compared with the unimproved ones under the condition that the planetary wheel has position error or eccentricity error. The advantages of the improved method are highlighted. This study may provide a reference for vibration reduction and noise reduction of planetary transmission systems.
